These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AtlasBuild marketing website at atlasbuild.ai (the "Site"), including the waitlist and the "Atlas" AI guide. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the AtlasBuild application is governed by a separate agreement, not these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
"Atlas" is an automated AI assistant that explains AtlasBuild and may play sample audio. Atlas can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Anything Atlas says is for general informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, or safety advice. Please keep conversations hypothetical and do not share confidential, personal, or real incident details. Conversations with Atlas are recorded and reviewed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. It does not create any obligation on our part to provide the product, grant access, or offer any particular pricing, features, or timeline, all of which may change.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, audio samples, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for the purposes above. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission.
The Site may describe planned or future capabilities. Those descriptions are not promises. Features, availability, and timelines may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Site relies on third-party providers (for example, for email, hosting, the voice agent, and analytics) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
