AtlasBuild ("we," "us," or "our") turns workplace incident reports into safety audio lessons. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at atlasbuild.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing site and waitlist; use of the AtlasBuild application is governed by your separate agreement with us.

Information we collect

• Waitlist details you provide: your first name, email address, and optionally your company.
• Conversation content from "Atlas," our AI guide on the site. If you speak or type to Atlas, the conversation (audio and transcript) is recorded and reviewed to improve the product. Please keep these conversations hypothetical and avoid sharing names or confidential incident details.
• Usage and device data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, through analytics and advertising tools.

If you speak with Atlas and then join our waitlist, we may link that conversation and its automated analysis (for example, the topics discussed and your indicated level of interest) to your waitlist record (name, email, and company), so we can understand your interest and follow up appropriately. Where no waitlist signup is made, we do not link a conversation to your identity.

How we use information

• To add you to the early-access waitlist and contact you about AtlasBuild.
• To send confirmation and welcome emails and, with your consent, product updates.
• To improve Atlas and our product, including reviewing demo conversations.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.

Service providers we use

We share limited information with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• MailerLite — email list management and waitlist emails.
• ElevenLabs — powers the Atlas voice agent; conversation audio and transcripts are processed and stored by ElevenLabs and us.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — to understand traffic and measure ad performance. These may set cookies or similar technologies.

Cookies and tracking

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Data retention and security

We keep waitlist and conversation data for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site and AtlasBuild are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
